PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stain of a slat when rust dust and abrasion dust generated on a winding shaft, to reduce damage caused in the slat by contact with the suspension side, and to simplify maintenance work of the winding shaft while covering the winding shaft. SOLUTION: This winding shutter has a sheet 8 having a lateral width and a predetermined longitudinal width of the substantially same dimension as a lateral width of the slat 5. The upper end side in the longitudinal direction of the sheet 8, is positioned and fixed between the inside of the suspension side 7 connecting the slat 5 to the winding shaft 3 and an outer peripheral surface of the winding shaft 3. The sheet 8 covers the outer peripheral surface of the winding shaft 3 by extending in the peripheral direction along the outer peripheral surface of the winding shaft 3 from between the inside of the suspension side 7 and the outer peripheral surface of the winding shaft 3. The sheet 8 is also detachably connected to a surface of the slat 5 on the lower end side in the vertical direction by extending along an outer peripheral surface 70 of the suspension side 7.
