PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular side structure capable of suppressing the ingress of a door into a cabin in a side impact, realizing the excellent appearance of a door opening part, and enhancing the commodity property of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A projecting member 41 having a substantially columnar projecting part 41a projecting inward of the vehicle width direction is mounted on a supporting panel 40 provided between a front outer panel 22 and a front inner panel 23 to constitute a front door 20. A receiving reinforcement 43 having an opening part 44 at the position facing a projecting part 41a of the projecting member 41 in the vehicle width direction is provided on an inner surface of an outer reinforcement 19 to constitute a center pillar 12. In a side impact, the projecting member 41 is fitted to the opening part 44 formed in the receiving reinforcement 43 through the front inner panel 23, a center outer panel 17, and the outer reinforcement 19 to suppress ingress of the front door 20 in a cabin.
