PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of color inspection of a color filter inspecting device.

SOLUTION: A data processing unit 100 of the color filter inspecting device 1 comprises: a chromaticity calculation section 103 for determining the chromaticity of each pixel 33 of a color filter 3 colored in three primary colors; an image data creating section 104 for creating chromaticity image data having brightness information corresponding to one of coordinate values of chromaticities for respective pixels measured by the chromaticity calculation section 103 while they are classified for every RGB; and an image data output section 105 for outputting the chromaticity image data created for every RGB by image data creating section 104.
