PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated structure or the like of a metal complex, suitable for construction of nanoscale device, for example, a molecular element, a matrix circuit, a molecular functional device and a logic circuit by utilizing self-integration of molecules, applicable to miniaturization and refinement of each equipment such as an arithmetic unit, a display and a memory in an information and communication field, facilitating self-alignment or self-integration and also facilitating the manufacturing or the control of molecule arrangement, etc. SOLUTION: The integrated structure of the metal complex has a metal complex chain having a polynuclear metal complex and crosslinking ligands, and a linking molecule capable of forming a hydrogen bond with a biguanide-like structure positioned at least at one terminal in the polynuclear metal complex in the metal complex chain.
