PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive composite FPC with little waste wherein regions with different interconnection functions have high performances respectively. SOLUTION: A first partial flexible substrate 10 and a second partial flexible substrate 20 are fabricated separately and are joined together with different materials for an insulating base material, different interconnection materials, and different interconnection rules. Thus, the partial flexible substrates having different interconnection functions are joined together to obtain the composite FPC having a targeted structure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
