PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk facilitating an administrator to perform model setting of the model of the optical disk. SOLUTION: The optical disk is provided with: a storage means for storing a program for recording and reproducing optical disks of a plurality of kinds; a connection means for inputting from a personal computer a command designating the optical disk of at least one kind from among the optical disks of the plurality of kinds; and a control means for selecting the program corresponding to the optical disk of the kind designated by the command and performing control of the recording and reproducing of the optical disk.
