PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of the boundary position of magnets, to suppress rotation moment generated in a coil and to reduce the inclination of an objective lens in an objective lens driving means of an optical pickup. SOLUTION: The optical pickup for reading and writing information from/to an optical disk by using an objective lens comprises a lens holder for holding the objective lens, three magnets arranged facing respective two side faces parallel to a focusing direction and a tracking direction of the lens holder, and a yoke for attaching the magnets. The yoke has a level difference between a center yoke surface for attaching the magnet at the center among the three magnets and yoke surfaces on the outer side for attaching the two magnets on the outer side among the three magnets.
