PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning tool for an induction heating device preventing wear and soil sticking to a coil bottom face of the induction heating device, easily and appropriately determining a position to a fixed disk plate and manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: The positioning tool 3 for the induction heating device 1 is used for construction of a waterproof sheet 4 by fixing the fixed disk plate 7 with thermoplastic resin laminated on and integrated with the upper face of a conductive metal plate, onto the surface of backing 5 and fusing the waterproof sheet 4 to the upper face of the fixed disk plate by induction heating from the top of the fixed disk plate. The positioning tool 3 is formed of a sheet body larger than a coil bottom face 2 of the induction heating device.
