PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact conveying device capable of enhancing a floating amount of a turn bar without changing an opening ratio, solving a problem on a manufacturing of the turn bar, being inexpensively manufactured with high accuracy and reducing a risk of web contact. SOLUTION: The non-contact conveying device of the present invention floats up the web by a fluid jetted from a delivery port formed on a conveying surface of the turn bar and conveys it. An opening ratio of the delivery port of the conveying surface 35 is set to 0.2% to 1.0% and the delivery port is formed into an approximately round hole having a diameter of 0.2 mm to 1.0 mm.
