PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load a cover on a base by only pressing the cover against the base while fitting the tip of a shaft with a recess section even when the location of the tip of the shaft is shifted from the location of the recess section of the cover when the cover should be loaded on the base. SOLUTION: If the location of the tip 21 of the shaft is shifted from the location of the recess section 31 of the cover 3 when the cover 3 is loaded on the base 1, the cover 3 is deformed by the bump of the tip 21 of the shaft, and the cover 3 is composed so that the tip 21 of the shaft can be moved to the location of the recess section 31. Protrusion sections 33a, 33b, 33c and 33d for engagement which can engage with groove sections 11a, 11b, 11c and 11d for engagement in a snap-fit manner are prepared by preparing the groove sections for the engagement 11a, 11b, 11c and 11d in the base 1 and by the cover 3 being deformed elastically.
