PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deck board capable of easily opening a storage part of a vehicle without any complicated work. SOLUTION: The deck board 10 comprises a rear plate 31, an intermediate plate 33, and a fixed plate 35 arranged along the longitudinal direction of a vehicle. The intermediate plate 33 and the fixed plate 35 are foldably connected to each other by a hinge 50. In addition, a torsion spring 50 is assembled to the hinge 50 to urge the intermediate plate 33 to the fixed plate 35 in the folding direction. A center lock device 70 is provided on the rear plate 33, and each plate can be locked in a developed condition so as to be substantially parallel to a luggage compartment floor 2 against the urging force of a torsion spring 60. Upon unlocking, the intermediate plate 33 urged in the folding direction is automatically folded to open an opening part 4 of a storage part 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
