TRANSPARENT GAS BARRIER LAMINATED SUBSTRATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent gas barrier laminated substrate having excellent steam barrier properties suitable as a member of an organic EL element device or the like not reduced in the deterioration of steam barrier properties even by the heat history in an element device manufacturing process. SOLUTION: [1] The transparent gas barrier laminated substrate respectively equipped with at least one A-layer one B-layer and one C-layer and the A-layer comprises a transparent resin, the B-layer is obtained by curing an epoxy resin coating composition containing a silane modified epoxy resin represented by the formula (1) (a) and an epoxy resin curing agent as essential components and the C-layer is a transparent in organic layer obtained by a vacuum film forming method. [2] The steam permeability measured under a 40°C/90% RH condition of the transparent gas barrier laminated substrate is 1.5 g/m2/Day or below.
