PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle which is fitted for an operating wheel having a different diameter size, facilitates manual rotating operation of the wheel, is good in operability irrespective of presence/absence of obstacles around the wheel, small in size, light in weight, and good in portability. SOLUTION: The handle 1 functions to manually rotate the operating wheel 50 having a ring portion 53 which is fixed to a rotating shaft 51 via ribs 52. The handle 1 is formed of a handling rod 2 which can be gripped by the hand of the operator, and an engaging member 5 attached to the handling rod. The engaging member is formed of an outside abutting member 6 for abutting on an outer peripheral portion of the ring portion and an inside abutting member 7 abutting on an inner peripheral portion of the ring portion. The inside abutting member abuts on the inner peripheral portion of the ring portion and at the same time a side surface of the rib, and therefore engages with the ring portion in cooperation with the outside abutting member.
