PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the easy return of dust in exhaust air to a hot air chamber, and to enable the easy removal of the dust to the outside, in a grain dryer composed such that exhaust air having once dried grain and exhausted to an exhaust air chamber is returned to a hot air chamber. SOLUTION: Combustion equipment (4) is provided on the front side of the hot air chamber (13), an exhaust air fan (7) is provided on the rear side, a return passage (20) is provided on the exhaust side of the exhaust air fan (7) for passing exhaust air exhausted from the exhaust air fan (7), a regulating valve (22) is provided in the return passage (20) for regulating a ratio of exhaust air discharged to the outside and exhaust air returned to a hot air chamber (13) side, and the return passage (20) is composed to return the exhaust air from a lower part of the exhaust air fan (7) to the hot air chamber (13) through a case body (1).
