PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pressure pulsation absorber with simplified structure and good responsiveness. SOLUTION: The oil pressure pulsation absorber includes a piston 3 having large and small lands 3a and 3b, urging means 5, 6 for retaining the piston 3 at a predetermined neutral position, a cylinder having first and second oil chambers 9, 10 arranged at opposite ends of the piston 3 and a third annular oil chamber 11 arranged between the first and second oil chambers, the cylinder allowing the piston at the neutral position to move by differential pressure of first and second oil chambers, an operating fluid conduit 14 which is closed by the first land 3a when the piston 3 is at the neutral position and which allows communication between the first oil chamber 9 and the second oil chamber 10 when the piston 3 is moved a certain distance away from the neutral position, and an orifice 3c for connecting the third oil chamber 11 and the second oil chamber 10 with each other and feeding/discharging the operating fluid during stroke of the piston while throttling the operating fluid. In a region where the differential pressure of the first and second oil chambers 9, 10 does not reach a predetermined value, the piston 3 is prevented from movement by the flow resistance of the orifice 3c so that the oil pressure pulsation can be absorbed.
