The covering (1) for a bicycle transport container, is led by hand into a flat form and alternatively into a spatially positioned form. The material and form of the covering allows a flexible deformation between the flat form and the positioned, self-supporting form. A framework, which gives the form, and a casing overarching the framework are provided. The casing is detachably fixed at the framework. Transparent plastic is partially provided in the covering.
