<p>A differential signal transmitting apparatus connected between a transmitting circuit (1) and a receiving circuit (2) for transmitting differential signals via two transmission lines. The differential signal transmitting apparatus comprises, for the respective transmission lines (5a,5b), resistors (11a,11b) that are connected in series to the respective transmission lines (5a,5b) and that have resistance values decided based on the on-resistance value of the transmitting circuit (1), the resistance value of a terminating resistor (6) of the receiving circuit (2) and based on the minimum value of the potential difference between the ends of the terminating resistor (6) at which the receiving circuit (2) will not fail to function normally. The differential signal transmitting apparatus further comprises, for the respective transmission lines (5a,5b), capacitors (12a,12b) that are connected in parallel to the respective resistors (11a,11b) and that have capacitances decided based on the period of the differential signals and based on the resistance value of the terminating resistor (6).</p> |
