PRECISE LEVEL MEASUREMENT SYSTEM FOR A BILGE SEPERATOR

A precise level measurement system for a bilge separation device is provided to reduce erroneous operations of the system by controlling the capacitance set to operate a pump attached to the bilge separation device as the height information of oil. A precise level measurement system for a bilge separation device includes a dielectric measuring sensor(100), a level measuring sensor(200), a signal processing unit(300), a controller(400), and a cylinder type bilge separation device(500). The dielectric measuring sensor generates an analog signal to turn on/off a pump by measuring a dielectric constant according to a ratio between oil and water of the bilge separation device by being attached to a middle part of a side surface of the cylindrical type bilge separation device horizontally. The height measuring sensor generates an analog signal by measuring the capacitance according to the level of the oil. The controller displays the time of turn on/off of the pump and the level of the oil according to the digital signal converted at the signal processing unit and controls the capacitance set to operate the pump by using the signal transmitted from the height measuring sensor.
