A multi-purpose boiler is provided to reduce thermal loss by allowing heat and gas generated during burning of solid fuel to be discharged to an outlet port through a guide space of a guide member by convection. A multi-purpose boiler includes a grate(100), a discharge guide unit(200), and an air supply unit. The grate is detached from a fixing piece(13a') of a housing(10) and inclined by a predetermined angle in order to discharge the sludge generated during burning of solid fuel. The discharge guide unit is interposed between the grate and a guide member(20) to guide heat and gas generated during burning of the solid fuel to an exhaust unit(14). The air supply unit selectively supplies air to the solid fuel in accordance with the temperature of heat generated from the grate and discharged to the exhaust unit. |
