A print plate, a display device, and a manufacturing method are provided to form a color filter and a blocking pattern without using a photolithography process by forming a light blocking pattern between a color filter and a partition wall through an inkjet process. A plurality of color filters are formed on a substrate. A partition wall is formed at an outer edge of the color filter. A light blocking pattern(240) is formed between the color filter and the color filter, and between the color filter and the partition wall. The partition wall is formed of the same materials as the color filter. The color filter has at least one color of red(220R), green(220B), and green(220G).
