A pipe washing screw using a pneumatic pressure is provided to entirely or partially wash a pipe by diagnosing the pipe with a subminiature camera and introducing a screw washing structure into the pipe. In a pipe washing screw using a pneumatic pressure, a plurality of blades(110) are formed on the circumferential surface of one end thereof. A plurality of brush fixing holes for installing a brush are formed at the other end of the screw. A connection hole(120) through which a wire passes is formed in the interior of the screw. The diameter of the connection hole is greater than that of the wire. The pipe washing screw is connected by the connection hole with the wire. Stoppers are installed at a predetermined interval to maintain the pipe washing screw spaced apart from the wire at constant interval.
