<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footrest health appliance improving the blood circulation and preventing the thrombosis by freely moving the ankles in a narrow space toward a seat, eliminating the swelling and fatigue of the feet by accelerating the blood circulation, and used as a rehabilitation health appliance used for the motor ability rehabilitation and training for the sick and the elderly. <P>SOLUTION: This health appliance 1 comprising a footrest board 2 and a projection 3 and the projection 3 is provided on an approximately central part of the lower face of the footrest board 2, so that the footrest board 2 can be inclined and swung in any direction with the feet put on the footrest board 2 using the projection 3 as a fulcrum.
