<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting element capable of securing the ohmic connection between a transparent conductive film and a semiconductor efficiently, and extracting light generated from a light-emitting body to the outside efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor light-emitting element 1 comprises a laminate where a first conductivity-type layer 5 and a second conductivity-type layer 7 are arranged via an emitter 6, and a transparent conductor 11 provided on the laminate. The transparent conductor 11 is made of at least two layers of transparent conductive films 10, and an intermediate layer β in the transparent conductor positioned between an outermost layer α in the transparent conductor and an outermost layer γ in the laminate is in a relationship of α>β>γ or α<β<γ in a work function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
