<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare and present a low cost long term facility maintenance plan over a long durable years of a facility equipped with appliances under the consideration of the mutual adjustment of the update periods of each of those appliances. <P>SOLUTION: A facility and the durable years of each appliance of the facility are read from a database, and a plurality of different revised maintenance patterns are prepared by at least advancing or postponing, due to repair, each update period of a reference maintenance pattern for deciding each update period based on the durable years of each appliance of each facility in a period until the long durable years of the facility, and the reference maintenance pattern of each appliance selected under the consideration of low lifelong maintenance costs based on the reference maintenance pattern and the revised maintenance pattern or a total revised maintenance pattern obtained by combining and overlapping the revised maintenance patterns and lifelong total maintenance costs based on this are prepared and calculated and displayed as a long term facility maintenance plan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
