<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high security by transferring authentication print data to a transfer request source when an authentication password sent from the transfer request source is matched with a registered authentication password and the address of the transfer request source is matched with a registered address. <P>SOLUTION: A function determination unit which performs command analysis, an accumulation unit which accumulates authentication print data, a storage unit which stores authentication passwords and addresses, a transfer unit which transfers authentication print data, a notification unit which notifies that the authentication print data are accumulated, a password determination unit which determines whether the authentication password notified for a transfer request of the authentication print data is matched with the registered password, and an address determination unit which determines whether the address of the transfer request source of the authentication print data is matched with the registered address are provided.
