<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic conveying system capable of continuing conveying an article to be conveyed without removing abnormality even if the any abnormality is generated on a once-determined conveying route. <P>SOLUTION: After a conveying control controller 8 transmits instruction of delivery of a work to a conveyor 52 from a stocker 11 to a stocker controller 21, when a shipping requirement signal of the conveyor 52 monitored by the stocker controller 21 is not turned ON after a predetermined time has passed, the stocker controller 21 transmits request of re-production of a new conveying route to the conveying control controller 8. The conveying control controller 8 re-produces the new conveying route reaching from the stocker 11 to a treatment device not via the conveyor 52 which cannot perform conveying and transmits shipping instruction to the conveyor 54 from the stocker 11 to the stocker controller 21 based on the newly re-produced conveying route. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
