<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically generate an appropriate help page corresponding to a user and equipment statuses in network equipment such as an image processor or home electrical appliances. <P>SOLUTION: An image processor 1 and a client terminal 3 are connected through an LAN 4 to each other. A help server device 2 for storing data for help preparation is connected through a wide area network WAN 5. The image processor 1 dynamically generates a Web page in response to a request from a client terminal 3, and makes a response to a client terminal 3. The image processor 1 acquires and stores necessary help preparation data from the help server device 2. The image processor 1 dynamically prepares a help page corresponding to a user and an option mounting status, and makes a response to the client terminal 3 in response to a request from the client terminal 3 for the Web page.
