PACKET RECORDING AND REPRODUCING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce an amount of traffic actually flowing on a network.

SOLUTION: A packet receiving means 1a receives packets flowing on the network 2. A time generation means 1b generates time. A packet storage means 1c stores the packets received by the packet receiving means 1a in a storage device 1d with the time when the packets are received. A packet reproduction means 1e reproduces the packets at the same timing as that of the received packets based on the time stored in the storage device 1d with the received packets when the packets stored in the storage device 1d are reproduced on the network 2.
