<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent discomfort from being given to a patient due to bad smell generated from a vacuum passage in washing an oral cavity and to prevent a vacuum hose from being hardened and broken due to adhesion of cutting powder, blood or saliva to the interior of the vacuum hose. <P>SOLUTION: A cleaner liquid is put in a spittoon by a solenoid valve 11 for supplying wash water and a pump 21 for supplying the cleaner liquid in a tank 20. A vacuum hose connecting terminal 32 connected to a suction port of the vacuum hose 1 is provided on the downstream side of a solenoid valve 31 for washing the vacuum hose. When a detecting sensor 33 detects connection of the vacuum hose to the connecting terminal 32, the solenoid valve 11 for supplying wash water is opened and the pump 21 is driven to supply wash water and the cleaner liquid to the spittoon 10, and subsequently the solenoid valve 31 for washing the vacuum hose is opened to let the washing liquid flow through the vacuum hose 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
