PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage context information while maintaining the confidentiality of user information. SOLUTION: This context information management system is provided with a user domain management server for managing the list of domains whose accounts are owned by users and a one-time account management server for managing an one-time account temporarily issued for the account of the user. A client is notified of account group ID corresponding to the user ID and one-time account issued to the account group ID in response to an account information notification request from the client.
