PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a therapeutic agent for two phenomena of pollakisuria and difficulty of urination. SOLUTION: The therapeutic agent for urinary disturbance comprises a compound which suppresses the GIRK (G-protein conjugate type inner rectifying K ion) channel activated current while showing no suppressive effect on the glycine receptor activated current or NMDA (N-methyl-D-aspartic acid) receptor activated current.
