PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform initialization processing of a headlight without leading a driver's line of sight even when a stepping motor for rotating the headlight during travelling of the vehicle steps out. SOLUTION: When step-out of the stepping motor for rotating and driving the headlight of the vehicle is detected, the initialization processing for setting the headlight at a predetermined initialization position which is driven by the stepping motor whose step-out is detected is performed when a shift position of the vehicle is located at a reverse position, and after predetermined time has passed since the shift position has been set at the reverse position.
