PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy adhesion film which is free from exfoliation of layers in its manufacturing process (application, transfer and conveying) forming an optical function layer in the manufacturing of an optical functional film or handling (transportation, cutting, glueing together or the like), and which inhibits the blocking after the application of an easy adhesion layer in the manufacturing process of an easy adhesion support having excellent adhesiveness even under the atmosphere with an elevated temperature and high humidity and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The easy adhesion film for an optical sheet comprises an easy adhesion layer applied to the front surface of a web W which is a support, wherein the easy adhesion layer comprises a water-based urethane resin and a carbodiimide-based crosslinking agent, and the top layer of the back layer formed on the rear surface of the web W comprises of a polyolefin layer.
