PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load when arranging a waterproof device. SOLUTION: This waterproof device 100 comprises a support frame 1 and a waterproof plate 2 installed in this frame, and both are integrally constituted, and are arranged in the doorway 200I of a passage 200. The support frame 1 is rockably supported around a waterproof device support part 4 by the waterproof device support part 4 installed on a passage side wall 202. The waterproof plate 2 is installed in one end part of the support frame 1. The waterproof plate 2 is lowered and arranged on a waterproof device installing part 204 of the doorway 200I so that water does not flow in an underground facility from the doorway 200I of the passage 200 when a river rises by a heavy rain.
