PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate film for a membrane switch excellent in adhesion to a silver paste that forms an electrode of the membrane switch, and to a mold resin connecting between the substrate film and a connector, respectively. SOLUTION: This substrate film for the membrane switch is provided with a coating layer containing a non-crosslinking urethane resin on at least one surface of a biaxially oriented polyester film composed of an aromatic polyester as a main component.
