PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure to easily and satisfactorily fix a mounting member to a trunk pipe in the shield conductor path provided with a metal trunk pipe into which electric wires are inserted. SOLUTION: The shield conductor path 1 is provided with the metal trunk pipe 10 into which the electric wires are inserted, a branching pipe 20 as a mounting member to be mounted to the circumferential wall of the trunk pipe 10, and an annular fixing member 40 for fixing the branching pipe 20 to the trunk pipe 10. The branching pipe 20 is provided with a cylinder 21 extending to the external side of the trunk pipe 10, and a flange 24B protruded to the side from the cylinder 21. The annular fixing member 40 is provided with a through-hole for inserting the cylinder 21 of the branching pipe 20, and has a structure to be fixed in the annular shape to the periphery of the trunk pipe 10.
