PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation dosimeter which improvesβ-ray detection sensitivity without increasing the diameter of aβwindow. SOLUTION: A small-sized printed circuit board 11 is installed on the back of a printed circuit board 1 so that aγ-ray detection element 2 and an electronic component 12 are inserted into an opening 10. A spacer 3 is inserted between aβ-ray detection element 4 and the printed circuit board 1 so that the opening 10 is closed, thereby raising theβ-ray detection element 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
