PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper by which contact discharged excrement is hard to make direct contact with the skin of a wearing person and which enables the effective prevention of steaming with a higher moisture permeability of the diaper outside from inside. SOLUTION: The disposable diaper 1 which includes an absorbent 22, a top sheet 18 at least partially made of a liquid-permeable material and a back sheet 20 made of a non-liquid permeable material is further provided with a skin contact sheet 24 which is disposed on the upper part of the top sheet 18 with an opening part (excrement passage opening part 28a) so formed to make the excrement pass. The skin contact sheet 24 has its left and right side rim parts fixed in contact with the top surface of the top sheet 18, and its front and rear ends are joined on the upper surface of the top sheet 18 and the joint parts 46 are formed discontinuously along the front and rear end rims of the skin contact sheet 24. The non-joint parts 50 formed adjacent to the joint parts 46 serve as moisture permeating ports 52 to make the steam pass. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
