PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectronically monitoring apparatus of an object whose structure is simple and strong and whose function can be continuously controlled. SOLUTION: The optoelectronically monitoring apparatus of an object 26 comprises a transmitting unit 12 and a receiving unit 14 and these are accommodated in a case 10 which is covered by a front glass plate 16. The transmitting unit 12 radiates a radiation ray 24 with a constructive radiation pattern. The radiation pattern that is radiated to the object 26 is displayed on an image detector 28 by the receiving unit 14. A dirt 38 on the front glass plate 16 is shown by displaying the radiation ray 24 which is diffused and scattered by the front glass plate 16 on the image detector 28. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
