<p>Organic electroluminescent device comprises an anode layer (2); a cathode layer (7); an organic light-emitting layer (5) containing an organic electroluminescent material as base compound and a low-molecular electron transport compound; at least a hole transport layer (3, 16) containing a base- and a low-molecular hole transport- compound; and at least an electron transport layer (6). Organic electroluminescent device comprises an anode layer (2); a cathode layer (7); an organic light-emitting layer (5) containing an organic electroluminescent material as base compound and a low-molecular electron transport compound; at least a hole transport layer (3, 16) containing a base- and a low-molecular hole transport- compound; and at least an electron transport layer (6); where: the organic light-emitting layer is arranged between the anode layer and the cathode layer; the hole transport layer is arranged between the anode layer and the emitting layer; the electron transport layer is arranged between the cathode layer and the emitting layer; the concentration of the transport compound decreases along a first axis (26), which passes through anode layer to the emitting layer, and arranged perpendicular to functional layers; the concentration of the low-molecular electron transport compound decreases along a second axis, which passes through the emitting layer to the anode layer, and arranged perpendicular to the functional layer. An independent claim is included for a method for the preparation of the organic electroluminescent device comprising applying a first electrode layer; the organic light emitting layer; a second electrode layer; the a hole transport layer and/or electron transport layer sequentially on a substrate (1), where: the hole transport layer is applied on the substrate with the functional layers, by immersing of the substrate in a solution or by rotation coating (spin coating) of the solution (where the low-molecular hole transport compound is soluble in the solution and the base compound is insoluble in the solution); the organic light-emitting layer is applied on the substrate with the functional layers, by the application of an electroluminescent base compound and by immersing the substrate with functional layers in a solution or by the rotation coating (spin coating) of the solution (where the solution contains the low-molecular electron transport compound, which is soluble in the solution and base compound, which is insoluble in the solution).</p> |
