The device has two chambers (11,12) and fluid arrives into a chamber of the impeller by the feed pump. The molecular structure of the liquid becomes energetic which heat up the liquid due to the turbulence. The fluid moves to another chamber residing between impeller and the stator (2), where a higher pressure develops so molecular structure of the liquid tries to arrive again into its starting situation which leads to a heating up of the liquid.
