A sensor for detecting a biological electro-magnetic signal and a diagnostic device using the same are provided to accurately diagnose a health state of a user by using a variation of an electrical property of a skin tissue of the user. A diagnostic device includes a sensor, a sensor driver(4), an analog circuit portion(2), and a digital converting circuit(1). The analog circuit portion includes a frequency oscillation circuit and a frequency divider. The sensor detects a biological electro-magnetic signal. The sensor driver includes electrodes which are contacted with both ends of the sensor. The analog circuit portion is connected to the sensor driver and the digital converting circuit. The digital converting circuit includes a CPU(Central Processing Unit), an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display), a communication module, an output member, and a memory. The digital converting circuit is connected to the analog circuit portion. |
