<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor hours and man-hours required for processing and assembly so as to reduce a manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: a power supply head 31 having a power connector part 31A; and a cylindrical housing 60 fitted to a coil 32 and the power supply head 31. An annular groove 75 for seal is formed in the outer peripheral part of the power supply head 31, and an O-ring 66 is loaded on the annular groove 75 for seal with a state where the O-ring 66 is compressed radially inward by the housing 60. An annular groove 76 for caulking is formed on an upper side of the annular groove 75 in the outer peripheral part of the power supply head 31 and an upper end part 62 of the housing 60 is pressed into the annular groove 76 to be caulked and fixed to the annular groove 76. The upper end part 62 of the housing 60 is formed in a trumpet shape at first so as not to damage a seal member such as an O-ring, and the upper end part 62 is pressed radially inward after the fitting and then is caulked and fixed in the annular groove 76. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
