<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove an electric leakage signal, and to remove an offset voltage superposed in an angular velocity detection signal, in an oscillation gyroscope with a driving signal leaked into the angular velocity detection signal by electric coupling. <P>SOLUTION: The oscillation gyroscope is provided with: an oscillator; a driving part for resonance-driving the oscillator; and a detecting part for outputting the angular velocity detection signal by a detection signal of the oscillator. The driving part is provided with a self-oscillation circuit, and a waveform shaping circuit for shaping a self-oscillation signal generated by the self-oscillation circuit into a rectangular wave, and for self-oscillating the oscillator by the rectangular wave. The detecting part is provided with: an angular velocity detecting part for taking out the angular velocity detection signal; an electric leakage signal estimating part for estimating a leakage signal component mixed into the angular velocity detection signal taken out by the angular velocity detecting part; a subtraction circuit for subtracting the leakage signal component estimated by the electric leakage signal estimating part from the angular velocity detection signal taken out by the angular velocity detecting part, so as to be removed; and a low-pass filter for filtering a subtraction result obtained by the subtraction circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
