<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal equipment and a communication method to reduce a breaking of a radio communication in an inter-system handover processing of the mobile terminal equipment 10. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal equipment 10 includes a measurement portion to measure a first receiving quality level of a radio signal transmitted from a radio communication system conducting a present radio communication by a prescribed period, an attenuation calculating portion to calculate the attenuation, based on a difference between the first receiving quality level measured previously and the first receiving quality level measured this time, a conversion processing portion to convert the first receiving quality level measured this time into a second receiving quality level which is smaller than the first receiving quality level in the case that the calculated attenuation meets a prescribed condition, and a notice portion to notice the converted second receiving quality level to the radio communication system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
