<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical guiding catheter tube, having backup force, kink resistance, and torque transmission performance, in which a guiding catheter tube has a small outer diameter, and a large inner diameter, achieving a thin thickness. <P>SOLUTION: The medical guiding catheter tube is provided with an inner layer tube, comprising inner layer resin, a reinforcement layer, formed on the inner layer tube, and comprising strands, a flexible part, comprising second resin, a transition part, comprising third resin, abutted on the flexible part, and a hand side part comprising fourth resin, abutted on the transition part, covering the reinforcing layer from the tip of the inner layer tube toward a base part in order, and a soft tip part comprising first resin, covering the tip part of the flexible part.
