PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which has improved display quality and reliability by suppressing a rise in temperature in an external housing. SOLUTION: The display device has an enclosure 10 having a front substrate 11 having a display surface and a back substrate 12 arranged opposite the front substrate, a reinforcing frame 30 which is fixed to an external surface side of the back substrate and reinforces the enclosure, and the external housing 80 which has a display window 86 opposed to the front substrate and covers the enclosure and reinforcing frame.
