PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save space by solving the problem, wherein a conventional structure in which a belt-like cleaning member attached to a mounting roller is taken up by a take-up roller has an empty space around each roller in order to cope with the maximum-diameter cleaning member, which results in an empty space left between the one cleaning roller, having the largest diameter and the other cleaning member having the smallest diameter, such that the the need for space to some extent is eliminated unnecessary at all times and waste. SOLUTION: The cleaning device C includes the mounting-roller support members 3a and 4a that support the mounting roller 5 so that the mounting roller 5 is freely movable in a parallel direction; take-up roller support members 6a and 7a that support the take-up roller 8 so that the take-up roller 8 is freely movable in a parallel direction; and a pressing member 11a that presses the mounting roller 5 and the take-up roller 8 so that they come into contact with each other.
