PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collector which stores a measured data without executing troublesome work, and waveform-displaying, processing or analyzing easily the measured data in an external device such as a personal computer. SOLUTION: This data collector of the present invention has: a signal input part input with an analog signal; and a central computing part for storing the measured data input from the signal input part into a storage means connected thereto via an interface part. The central computing part adds a data based on a USB (Universal Serial Bus) standard to the measured data input from the signal input part, to be stored in the storage means by a communication procedure conformed therewith.
