PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric transformer which is capable of reducing its floor space, increasing its mounting density, and suitable for a size reduction of an apparatus even if it is a type of a piezoelectric transformer which is composed of two or more piezoelectric transformer main bodies housed in a single case; and to provide a piezoelectric transformer of the above type also capable of reducing noises as much as possible, which occur when it is driven. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric transformer has a configuration in which a partitioning plate 4 is provided inside a case 1 to turn the case 1 into a so-called double bunk structure, and the piezoelectric transformer main body 10 is arranged on the upside and underside of the partitioning plate 4 respectively, so that a floor space necessary for the single piezoelectric transformer main body 10 is capable of coping with a case in which two or more piezoelectric transformer main bodies 10 are required on a circuit design, Or, the piezoelectric transformer main body 10 is arranged in a vertical position inside a case 1A so as to save its floor space.
